Owl Draw It ("Owl Draw It", "we", "us") is operated by Tiko TH(the "Company"), based in Thailand. This policy explains what information we handle and why. Contact us any time at support@owldrawit.com.

What Owl Draw It is

Owl Draw It is a tablet-first web app where a child — using a parent or guardian's account — speaks, types, or snaps a photo of something they'd like to color, and we generate a printable black-and-white coloring page.

Whose information we handle

• The parent or guardian who creates and manages the account.
• The child, whose creative input (voice, typed text, or a photo) is used to make coloring pages — under the parent's account and with the parent's consent.
• People involved in a gift:if you buy a gift, the sender name and optional message you provide, and — if you choose to have us email it — the recipient's email address.

Information we collect

• Account: the parent's email address (for one-time email sign-in links) and a language preference.
• Child profiles the parent creates: a first name or nickname and an avatar emoji. We ask parents not to include full names or other identifying details.
• Creative input: typed wishes; voice recordings (converted to text); and photos the child or parent chooses to upload.
• Generated content: the coloring pages produced and any in-app coloring.
• Payments: if you buy credits or subscribe, our payment processor (Stripe) handles the transaction. We store a Stripe customer reference, your subscription status, and your credit balance — we never store card numbers.
• Gifts: if you buy a gift, we store the sender name and optional message you enter, and — if provided — the recipient's email address. This is used only to deliver the gift and its redeem link; it is not tied to any account.
• Technical: a sign-in session cookie, a language-preference cookie, and a cookie that remembers which child profile is active. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
• Analytics: we use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics that we host ourselves to understand overall site usage (for example, how many people visit a page). It does not set tracking cookies, does not identify you, and the data is not shared with third parties.

How we use it

To run the service: generate and store your coloring pages, keep children's wishes safe, manage your account and credits, send sign-in and service emails, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Service providers we share data with

We share only what's needed, and only so these providers can perform a service for us:

• Groq — converts a child's voice recording to text.
• OpenRouter (routing to Anthropic's Claude) — rewrites wishes into kid-safe prompts and runs safety checks on wishes and on uploaded photos.
• KIE.ai — generates the coloring-page image from the prompt (and, for photo pages, from the uploaded photo).
• Inworld — generates the owl's spoken voice from text.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Resend — sends sign-in, gift, and support emails.
• Cloudflare (R2) — stores images (coloring pages, and temporarily uploaded photos).
• Neon — hosts our database.

These providers process data on our behalf. Some may store or process data outside Thailand; we rely on their respective safeguards for such transfers.

Photos — how we treat them

A photo a child uploads is used only to create the coloring page and to run a safety check. We automatically delete the uploaded photo from our storage within about 12 hoursof the page being made. We do not use photos to identify people, and we do not sell photos or any personal data. The selfie feature ("Make me the hero") requires a one-time parental consent before it can be used.

Children's privacy

Owl Draw It is intended to be set up and supervised by a parent or guardian, who creates the account and consents to their child's use — including any use of photos. We collect only what is needed to make coloring pages and keep them safe, and we minimize children's personal data. Depending on where you live, additional children's-privacy rights may apply (for example under COPPA in the US or GDPR-K in the EU).

How long we keep data

• Uploaded photos: deleted about 12 hours after the coloring page is generated.
• Coloring pages, profiles, wishes, and account data: kept while your account is active.
• You can delete individual pages in the app at any time (which removes their stored images). To delete your whole account and its data, email support@owldrawit.com and we'll action it without undue delay.

Your choices and rights

You can review and delete pages and profiles in the app, change your language, cancel a subscription, and request access to or deletion of your data by emailing support@owldrawit.com. Depending on your location you may have additional rights under applicable law.

Security

We use reputable providers, encrypted connections, and access controls to protect your information. No method is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to keep your data safe.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time; we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
