Terms of Service

1. Who we are & acceptance

Owl Draw It is operated by Tiko TH("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. The service

Owl Draw It turns a child's spoken, typed, or photographed idea into a printable coloring page using AI. Output is generated automatically and may vary in quality and accuracy.

3. Accounts & eligibility

You must be at least 18 — an adult parent or guardian — to create an account. You're responsible for your account, for supervising any child's use, and for the content submitted under your account. Keep your sign-in email secure.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use the service to create or upload unlawful, harmful, hateful, sexual, or infringing content; to upload photos of people without their (or their guardian's) permission; or to abuse or reverse-engineer the service. We run automated safety checks and may refuse or redirect wishes and remove content.

5. Credits, subscriptions & gifts

• Generating pages uses credits. New accounts get some free credits to start.
• You can buy credit packs (one-time) or subscribe monthly for a recurring credit allowance, via Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel any time from the grown-ups billing area, effective at the end of the current period.
• Gift purchases create a redeemable code that grants credits to the recipient.
• Prices are shown before you purchase. Credit packs and gift purchases are non-refundable except where required by applicable law; if something goes wrong with a purchase, contact support@owldrawit.com and we'll help.

6. Your content & our content

You and your family keep the coloring pages you create for your personal, non-commercial use, and you grant us the permission needed to generate, store, and display them to you and to operate the service. The Owl Draw It app, brand, and software are ours. Rights in AI-generated images can be uncertain under local law; for personal, non-commercial use this is generally fine.

7. AI & no warranty

Coloring pages are produced by third-party AI and provided "as is", without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. Our safety checks reduce, but cannot guarantee, the exclusion of all unwanted content.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or end accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
